Joy Peregort

Joy Peregort has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Responsable RH at STEF since September 2022. Previously, Joy held the same position at ESSEC Business School from January 2022 to September 2022, where responsibilities included advising directors and managers on HR matters, managing individual employee relations, and leading recruitment and onboarding processes. Joy's career spans multiple organizations, including previous roles at STEF, Centre de Médecine Physique et de Réadaptation (COS), Atos, and Marriott Hotel, demonstrating a strong track record in HR advisory, training, and employee relations management. Joy holds a Master 2 degree in Human Resources from ESG F and a Baccalauréat ES from Lycée Gérard de Nerval.
