Laetitia Salerno

Laetitia Salerno currently serves as the Responsable RH multi-sites at STEF since March 2020, overseeing approximately 37 employees per site and managing two assistants. Key responsibilities include defining HR strategy, implementing HR policies, personnel administration, and budget presentation, as well as participating in the CSE negotiations and being a member of the CODIR. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant responsable ressources humaines at STEF, where Laetitia managed personnel administration for 30 employees, and an Adjoint Responsable Formation at SNCF Gares & Connexions, focusing on training management. Additional experience includes a Gestionnaire De Plans de Développement des Compétences at Veolia and a Coordinatrice formation with SNCF. Laetitia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from MBway Grenoble and a License in Human Resource Management from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, along with a BTS in Management Assistance from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Nord Isère.
