Ludovic Boutevin

Ludovic Boutevin has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Chargé de mission RH at STEF since May 2022. Prior roles include Chargé de l’emploi & Relations Entreprises at Communauté de Communes Sud Sarthe and Regional Manager at Groupe Adéquat. Boutevin has also worked in various capacities at Groupe Leader Intérim, Randstad Inhouse, and multiple recruitment agencies, where responsibilities encompassed candidate recruitment, client relations, management of recruitment channels, and team supervision. Ludovic Boutevin holds a Lean Yellow Belt certification from Axium Performance and a Brevet de technicien supérieur in Negotiation and Client Relations from CCI Formation Le Mans.
