Macarena Redondo is an HRBP Lead and Labour Relations Manager at STEF, where they define and implement human resources policies aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. They have extensive experience in human resources roles within multinational companies across various sectors, specializing in labour relations and the development of HR policies. Macarena previously held positions at DIA Group, Rentokil Initial, Gemini Recoveries & Collections, and Atento España, providing significant contributions to organizational restructuring, climate improvement, and talent retention. They are currently pursuing further education at EAE Business School while having completed an Executive Program in Digital Transformation of HR.
