Nicolas Roche

Nicolas Roche has extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as Director of the Frozen Business Unit at STEF since February 2012, overseeing key performance indicators, client relations, team development, and continuous improvement projects. Previously, Nicolas held various leadership roles at Cremonini Rail Iberica, including Director of Operations for the Levante region, and Director of Logistics, managing significant operational teams in the railway sector. Prior experience includes managerial and logistical roles at Id Logistics, where Nicolas coordinated large-scale logistics operations and improved service commitments. Early career experience included consultancy at Lancea and project management for the launch of a logistics center in Brazil. Nicolas Roche holds an Advanced Management Program degree from IE Business School and an Executive MBA in Operations and Logistics from Universidad Nebrija, along with engineering degrees from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Centrale Nantes.
