Serge Herber

Serge Herber is currently the Directeur de projets at STEF, where they lead several initiatives, including the "Dématérialisation" program and the "Refonte TMS" project. Previously, Serge worked as a Chef de projets at both SFR and SUEZ France, managing diverse teams and overseeing critical projects focused on software development and integration. Their earlier experience includes positions as an Ingénieur d’Etudes and Chargé de projets at Unilog, where they were involved in the integration of information systems and project management for clients like Médiapost and RATP.
