Tom Penicaud is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in RQSE at the ESQESE, Université Catholique de Lyon, having completed a Bachelor’s degree in the same field in September 2021. They are working at STEF as an Assistant QHS and are set to continue in this role for another two years, where they focus on improving quality management systems and ensuring product safety. Tom also gained experience as an Agent de tri at Steep Plastique and as a Stagiaire Qualité at MDP - maxon France, where they contributed to the development of quality management systems.
