Vincent Kirklar

Vincent Kirklar currently serves as the PDG of IMMOSTEF and the Directeur immobilier at STEF, with an extensive background in real estate management spanning over two decades. Since May 2022, Vincent has led IMMOSTEF, which manages 160 properties across seven Western European countries, focusing on land management, development, and asset valuation. Prior to this role, Vincent held various positions at STEF, including Directeur Immobilier Adjoint and Directeur Technique Immobilier, where responsibilities included overseeing construction and maintenance services, managing technical departments across multiple countries, and handling negotiations for significant real estate purchases. Vincent's earlier experience includes roles at SOCOTEC and EIFFAGE as a Chargé d'Affaire and Ingénieur Etudes, respectively. Vincent holds an Executive EMBA from emlyon business school and degrees in Civil Engineering and Structural Concrete.
