Raphael Talon is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in drafting and analyzing contracts, providing legal opinions, and consulting on intellectual property matters. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Stefanini Group since July 2022, Raphael manages relationships and assists various departments across Brazilian and Latin American subsidiaries. Prior to this role, Raphael held the position of Senior Attorney at Fleury, Coimbra & Rhomberg Lawyers from March 2013 to July 2022, where expertise included software licensing, compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), and corporate restructuring. Previous experience also includes positions at CFLA Advogados, Banco BBM, and Claro Brasil, covering a wide range of legal areas such as intellectual property, real estate, and regulatory compliance.
