Bethany Kovash has a robust background in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management, holding key positions at various companies over more than a decade. At Steffes, from May 2020 to August 2023, Bethany served as the Director of Improvement & Sustainability and previously as the EHS Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Baker Hughes from December 2014 to March 2020 as the HSE Leader for the Rockies and HSE Specialist for the Northern Rockies.
