Ezra Eckerman is a seasoned Quality Engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer at Steffes since October 2025, Ezra has previously worked with Mack Trucks and Core Molding Technologies, among others, focusing on quality assurance and documentation. Past roles also include positions at Kendrion (Shelby) Inc. and Consolidated Metco, where responsibilities included packaging and documentation in addition to quality engineering. Ezra began a career in engineering as a Graduate at Western Carolina University, achieving a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Technology in 2013, and leading a CAP stone project to develop a 3D Pressure Test Bed for Custom Orthotics.
