Samantha Erhardt

Samantha Erhardt has a rich work experience, starting in 2005 at JR Investments where they worked as a Manager for seven years. In 2012, they joined Parker Hannifin as an Operations Leader and stayed with the company until 2014. Samantha then moved on to Steffes, where they held multiple roles including Continuous Improvement Manager from 2014 to 2018, Operations Manager from 2018 to 2020, and is currently serving as the Director of Integrated Supply Chain.

Samantha Erhardt earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management from South Dakota Mines in 2012. In 2013, they obtained a Certification in Six Sigma Greenbelt from the same institution. From 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management at South Dakota Mines. Currently, they are pursuing a Masters Certificate in Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University, which will be completed in 2021.
