Mary McClain

Mary McClain has extensive experience in store support management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Store Support at Stein Mart since January 1984. In this role, Mary developed and managed a team responsible for first-level support across over 280 stores, addressing software, equipment, and network issues. Previous positions include Manager of Level II Store Support, where Mary established a dedicated support group for Point of Sale escalations and facilitated various store deployments. Additionally, Mary held roles as Store Systems Analyst and POS Coordinator, focusing on installation, configuration, and documentation for retail systems. Mary also served as Technical Support Manager at PAX Technology from November 2020 to April 2025, overseeing a product support call center and collaborating with various departments on new initiatives. Mary earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Rollins College.
