Mark Schweighofer

Mark Schweighofer is a seasoned tax and business attorney with extensive experience in providing transactional tax and business advice, particularly in entity formation and structure. Currently serving as Principal at Stein Sperling since June 2009, Mark specializes in drafting partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, and stockholders’ agreements. Prior roles include Tax Attorney at Royse Law Firm from January 2007 to June 2009 and attorney positions at Damiani Law Group APC from 2004 to 2006.
