Tawan Davis has a diverse work experience, beginning their career as a student at Lincoln High School. Tawan then worked at Goldman Sachs as a Financial Analyst, conducting financial and strategic analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and financings. Tawan later joined Prudential Financial as a Real Estate Private Equity Investor and Asset Manager, advancing the firm's real estate strategies by $1.7 billion. Tawan then served as the Vice President of Real Estate Transactions at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where they led teams in analyzing and executing the city's major real estate and economic development initiatives. Tawan also worked at New York University as an Adjunct Professor of Finance, teaching various courses in real estate, finance, and economics. Following that, Tawan joined the Peebles Corporation as the Chief Investment Officer and President of Peebles Capital Partners, overseeing acquisitions, investments, and capital raising. Currently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of The Steinbridge Group, where they manage day-to-day operations and transaction pipelines for the real estate investment and asset management company.
