Michael Nolte

Michael Nolte has a strong background in operations management, with a particular focus on the automotive industry. Michael currently works as the Director of Operations at STEINEL since January 2022. Previously, they held the position of Global Operations Director at Behr-Hella Thermocontrol (BHTC) from January 2014 to December 2021. Before that, they served as Production Manager at Hella Leuchten-Systeme GmbH from October 2004 to March 2011. Michael also worked as a Project Manager of Factory Planning at HELLA from May 1998 to December 2000. Overall, Michael Nolte has extensive experience in managing and optimizing operations within manufacturing companies.
