Grayson Rutherford is a seasoned engineering professional with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama. Grayson began the career at United Plastic Recycling Inc as an Engineering Intern, where responsibilities included conducting production rate tests and compiling reports for the company president. Following this, Grayson served as an Assistant Shredder Mechanic at Southern Recycling LLC, performing maintenance and repairs on machinery. From January to October 2019, Grayson worked as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at EMR, managing a maintenance team while focusing on sustainability and improvements at the Automotive Dismantling Plant. Subsequently, Grayson became the Production Manager for a new plant under My Auto Store, overseeing the day shift operations. Grayson held the position of Sales Engineer at REDWAVE until December 2024 and currently serves as the Territory Manager for Metals at STEINERT.
