André Smit

André Smit is currently the team leader for new construction and sustainability at Woonstichting Stek, where they oversee team objectives related to new builds and improvements. Previously, André served as a project manager at Portaal from 2007 to 2016, managing significant construction projects including social housing developments in Leiden. They also held the position of project manager B&U at Plegt-Vos West from 2016 to 2020 and worked at Sportfondsen Nederland B.V. as a horeca medewerker from 2002 to 2007. André earned a degree in Construction Management and Real Estate from Hogeschool INHOLLAND between 2004 and 2007.
