Rob Burwash

Rob Burwash is the Human Resources Director at Niagara College, a role they have held since 2020. Previously, Rob served as a Senior Employee Relations Consultant at Canadian Blood Services from 2007 to 2013 and worked as a Labour Relations Officer for the City of Hamilton from 2013 to 2016. Rob's extensive background also includes positions such as Director, Labour Relations at the University Health Network and Director Labour Relations at STELCO, which they began in 2025. Rob holds a B.A. in Labour Studies from McMaster University and an MBA in General Business from the University of Phoenix.
