Nelson Betha is currently a Team Lead at Stelis Biopharma, where they integrate Quality Assurance with their strong background in Biotechnology from Bangalore University. Previously serving as a Senior Validation Engineer at Stelis Biosource and Zydus Group, they have extensive experience in commissioning, qualification, and validation activities, along with expertise in Quality Management Systems and risk assessment. Earlier, Nelson worked as a QA Engineer at Panacea Biotec, handling change control and internal audits. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Andhra University and two Master's degrees in Biotechnology from Bangalore University.
