Stella Capital is supported by private capital from well-known Nordic entrepreneurs, HNWIs and Family Offices. With a flexible mandate and evergreen structure, our team have the freedom to maximize value for our companies and investors.

We have extensive experience as entrepreneurs, CEOs and investors with a solid market understanding. By systematic sourcing within our known verticals we can get to know the entrepreneurs, enter at lower multiples and secure a stable flow of opportunities, in order to secure successful outcomes for our investments.

We see a constant flow of opportunities and have unique and proprietary access to Nordic tech companies. We are open to both primary and secondary shares, which opens up for interesting positions.

We seek cases that can accelerate growth and that can use the experience we bring to the table. We partner with entrepreneurs to create long term value together - we work hard and put our operational experience in to play.
