Donna Naylor is a Relationship and Marketing Partner with over 25 years of experience in business development and member engagement. Currently, they are with BlueBridge, where they identify and create growth opportunities. Previously, they held various roles including Program Coordinator at Key Risk, where they managed a leading workers' compensation program, and Vice President at Carpenter, Cammack & Associates, where they established key client relationships and developed innovative risk management services. Donna also serves as a Director at Stella and Dot, where they mentor a large network of affiliates. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication and Media Studies from Appalachian State University.
