Michael Gershenzon

Michael Gershenzon is the current Chief Strategy Officer at Stella Center. Prior to that, they were a Board Member at Blue Sky Vision from January 2019 to September 2020. Michael was also the Vice President at Sterling Partners from February 2017 to September 2020. Michael started their professional journey as an Associate at Sterling Partners from July 2014 to February 2017. Before that, they worked as an Investment Banking Associate at the Royal Bank of Scotland from August 2013 to June 2014. Michael has a proven track record in executing domestic and cross-border financing and M&A transactions. Michael is known for constructing detailed operational financial models, including DCF, LBO, trading comparables, transaction comparables, accretion/dilution, and bank debt refinancing/bond redemption NPV analyses. Michael is also responsible for deal execution including preparing presentation materials, performing due diligence, reviewing legal documents, and coordinating client interaction. Michael has been intimately involved with the summer / full-time analyst recruitment and interview processes.

Michael Gershenzon received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University with a focus in finance and economics. Michael also attended Beavercreek High School. Michael is certified by FINRA in Series 79 and 63, and by the CFA Institute in the CFA Exam.

Michael Gershenzon reports to Philippe Sanchez, CEO.
