Cameron Spiller

Cameron Spiller has a diverse work experience in the field of materials and metallurgical engineering. In 2010, they began their career as a Metallurgical lab intern at Houston Metallurgical Lab, where they performed mechanical and metallurgical testing, prepared failure analysis reports, and developed laboratory procedures for mechanical testing. From 2011 to 2019, they joined National Oilwell Varco, starting as a Metallurgical Engineer and progressing to become a Metallurgical Lab Manager. At National Oilwell Varco, they worked on the Next Generation Program and gained experience in metallurgical engineering and lab management. In 2019, they moved to Gestamp North America as a Plant Metallurgist/Lab Manager, overseeing metallurgical processes and managing the lab. In 2021, they joined Canoo as a Materials and Joining Specialist, before taking on the role of Materials and Process Engineering Manager at Stellant Systems, Inc. in 2022. Throughout their career, Cameron has demonstrated proficiency in materials and processes, joining techniques, lab management, and failure analysis.

Cameron Spiller completed a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science from Purdue University, with an end year of 2011. Following this, they obtained certification as a NDT Level III in Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) from ASNT (The American Society for Nondestructive Testing) in February 2015.

In January 2019, Spiller obtained the certification of Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from ASQ - World Headquarters.

In 2023, they enrolled in the University of Maine to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they completed in 2024. The field of study for this degree is not provided.
