Gordon Hara

Gordon Hara has over 20 years of experience in quality assurance and process auditing. Gordon started their career at Infineon Technologies in 2000 as a Senior Quality Assurance Auditor, where they performed quality audits to ISO 9001 and AEC-A100 QSA Semiconductor standards. Gordon also played a key role in implementing Ford Motor Company's Global 8D methods for standardized problem-solving. In 2002, they joined L3Harris Technologies as a Process Quality Engineer, where they conducted audits on product, process, and suppliers, and successfully transitioned the company from ISO 9001:1994 to ISO 9001:2000 Certification. Since 2004, Gordon has been working at Stellant Systems, Inc. as a Quality System Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for planning, performing, and reporting the results of various quality management system audits, ensuring compliance with AS9100D requirements. Gordon also develops and leads quality directives, procedures, and training programs, and evaluates suppliers.

Gordon Hara received their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, having studied from 1989 to 1993.
