Mark Choi

Mark Choi has a diverse work experience in various roles related to corporate development, contracts, and planning. Mark is currently working as the Director of Corporate Development at Stellant Systems, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Torrance City Planning Commissioner for the City of Torrance starting in 2021. Mark was also the Director of Contracts at Stellant Systems from 2021 to 2022. In addition, they worked as the Director of Contracts at L3Harris Technologies from 2019 to 2021, and as a Managers of Contracts at Raytheon from 2016 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they served as a Contracting Officer in the United States Air Force from 2008 to 2015.

Mark Choi received their Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in the years 2004 to 2007. Their field of study during this time was law.
