Design Engineer at Stellant

Ryan Wong's work experience begins in 2012 as a Student Engineer at the Port of Los Angeles. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Mechanical Designer & Drafter at Kinetic Traction Systems, Inc. Following this, from 2016 to 2019, Ryan held the roles of Designer/Drafter/Document Control and Project Engineer at Hydra-Electric Company. During their time at Hydra-Electric Company, they successfully qualified a new fuel differential pressure electrical switch through testing. In 2020, Ryan joined Stryker as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they designed mountings and routing for a new barcode scanner upgrade and created 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks. Currently, they are working as a Design Engineer at Stellant Systems, Inc.

Ryan Wong obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications including SolidWorks Professional from Dassault Systèmes in January 2019, SolidWorks Associate from Dassault Systèmes in July 2018, HVAC Technician from Mainstream Engineering Corporation in October 2014, and Engineer in Training (EIT) from the State of California in March 2014.
