Alicia Udocon

Alicia Udocon has significant experience in human resources, currently serving as Director, HRBP, and Chief of Staff for HR at Stellantis since March 2014. In this role, Alicia manages HRBP functions for North American Human Resources, Wellbeing, Health & Safety, Security, and Archer Aircraft Manufacturing, while also leading special projects. Previous positions at Stellantis include HR Business Partner and roles focused on global planning and regulatory compliance. Alicia's early career involved volunteer mentorship with Proyecto Avance: Latino Mentoring Association and an internship with the U.S. Department of State. Alicia holds a BA in Spanish and International Studies from the University of Michigan, earned in 2013.
