Andrew Finlayson

Andrew Finlayson is currently a Global Engineering Lead for HVAC Systems at Stellantis, overseeing system sizing and architecture for future vehicles. Previously, they worked as a Thermal Engineer at FCA Group, contributing to the launches of the Pacifica models and the Waymo Self-Driving Minivan. Andrew also served as a Thermal Architect for the Hurricane inline 6 twin-turbo engine and held positions focusing on NVH engineering and vehicle integration. They earned both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, where they also participated in leading the FSAE team.
