Barry Mason

Barry Mason is a Controls Engineer at Stellantis US with a decade of experience in electrified propulsion roles. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and Management from McMaster University and a Powertrain Control Graduate Certificate from The Ohio State University. Barry has filed four patent applications for new control inventions and has trained approximately 3,000 individuals in fuel economy and electrification topics. They have also held various leadership roles within McMaster University’s Formula Hybrid Team and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they made significant contributions to vehicle performance simulations and electrical control strategies.
