Bob Needler

Bob Needler, MBA, serves as the Agile PMO Training Lead at Stellantis, where they focus on coaching and Agile transformation within the organization. With over two decades of experience in IT and manufacturing, Bob has developed expertise in fostering Agile mindsets through training and coaching initiatives. Previously, they held various roles at Stellantis, including Senior Manufacturing Applications and Infrastructure Specialist and Shift Lead, where they emphasized teamwork, mentorship, and innovation. Bob earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on IT Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, graduating with a 3.96 GPA.
