Brian Leyes is currently the Energy Management & Aero-Thermal Lead for North America at Stellantis, overseeing a team of over 250 employees focused on energy efficiency in vehicle design. Previously, Brian held multiple senior roles at Chrysler Group, including Head of Engine Systems Performance Testing and Development, and Chief Engineer for the Jeep Wrangler. With a background in mechanical engineering, Brian's expertise spans aerodynamic development, thermal management, and integrating advanced technologies to meet fuel economy and emissions standards. Brian obtained a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor’s degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
