Cemre Yanc

Cemre Yanc currently serves as the MEA Region Learning & Development Supervisor at Stellantis, a position held since May 2025. Previously, Cemre worked at Borusan Holding as a Learning & Development Senior Specialist from September 2022 to May 2025, and before that, was an L&D and O&D Executive at pladis Global from November 2021 to September 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as a Leadership & Talent Development Specialist and Learning And Development Specialist at Şişecam from July 2018 to November 2021, an HR Assistant Specialist at Selex Es Turkey from November 2017 to May 2018, an intern at Bilkent Laboratory and International School from March 2017 to May 2017, and an HR intern at GERMAKSAN Machinery during the summer of 2015. Academically, Cemre holds a Bachelor's degree in Guidance and Psychological Counseling from TED University (2012-2017), a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Üsküdar University (2018-2020), and completed a Minor Program in Law at TED University (2016-2017).
