CHEN Wenxia is a professional with extensive experience in vehicle performance and high voltage battery validation. At Stellantis from March 2019 to June 2021, CHEN served as Vehicle Performance Manager, leading a multi-performance team during the industrialization phase of the E43 project and the advanced phase of the eK9 project. CHEN also held the position of HV Battery Validation Leader, managing test specifications and execution for high voltage battery projects. In addition, CHEN worked as Project Manager and Assistant Chief Engineer, overseeing supplier design reviews and project reporting for HV battery pack development in Europe. Prior experience includes an apprenticeship at Groupe PSA, where CHEN focused on DCT gearbox sizing and served as a Perfo/Conso Engineer, responsible for performance validation and homologation. CHEN holds a Master’s degree in Powertrain Engineering from IFP School, earned between 2013 and 2015.
