Chris Pearson is the Head of Wellbeing, Health, and Safety for North America at Stellantis, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, Chris served as an EH&S Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and was involved in multiple safety and health leadership roles within the organization. Chris’s career began as an Ergonomist at Workplace Wellness from 2008 to 2009. They hold a Bachelor of Human Kinetics in Kinesiology from the University of Windsor, earned between 1995 and 1999.
