Christopher Fields

Christopher Fields serves as the Senior Vice President of North American Labor and Employee Relations and US Manufacturing Human Resources at Stellantis, overseeing strategic leadership for over 60,000 employees across more than 40 locations in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Prior to this role, Christopher held the position of Vice President of Labor and Employee Relations at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles during a pivotal merger with Groupe PSA, where responsibilities included similar oversight in North America. Christopher's extensive background in labor relations includes a decade at BP in various leadership roles, significantly impacting labor relations across the Western Hemisphere, as well as previous roles in labor relations and human resources with Federal-Mogul and earlier tenure at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Christopher holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Michigan.
