Dan Conflitti, P.Eng. is the Director of EE Validation and Industrialization at Stellantis, where they lead a diverse team in validating electrical systems and industrializing them across North American assembly plants. With extensive experience in the automotive industry, Dan previously managed teams at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles and Daimler Chrysler, overseeing the design and development of forward lighting, wiring harnesses, and various electrical systems for multiple vehicle lines. Dan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Master of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering, as well as an MBA from the University of Windsor.
