Daniela Mazzette is currently the Director of Field & Warranty Costs at Stellantis, overseeing global total warranty cost management and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previously, Daniela served as the Process and Brand Account Manager at FCA - Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where responsibilities included managing customer care processes and KPIs. Daniela also held various leadership roles at Maserati, focusing on customer services and satisfaction, and has a background in training and customer contact from CUSTOMER SERVICES CENTRE SRL. Daniela is pursuing a degree in International Sciences at Università degli Studi di Milano.
