Doug Ostermann

Doug Ostermann serves as Chief Operating Officer for the China Region at Stellantis and is a Board Member of Leapmotor. Their prior role included Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy for the China Region. Previously, Doug held positions at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as Group Treasurer and Global Head of Business Development. Earlier experience includes Vice President roles at Archer Daniels Midland Company, overseeing Mergers & Acquisitions and Global Credit, as well as Regional Treasurer for Europe, Africa, and Asia. Doug began their career at General Motors, advancing from Manager roles in Foreign Exchange and Treasury to Marketing Manager. Educational credentials include a BSBA/MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and completion of the Executive Development Program at Harvard Business School.
