Dr. Thomas Bachmann is currently the Head of Program Management (Enlarged Europe) for Accessories at Stellantis, a role they began in 2023. Previously, they held positions including Vehicle System Manager and Advanced Vehicle System Engineer at Opel from 2015 to 2021, and Project Leader for Technical Innovations at RLE INTERNATIONAL Group from 2012 to 2013. They completed postdoctoral research at Technische Universität Darmstadt from 2010 to 2012, focusing on biomechanics and biomimetic design, following a PhD in Bionik from RWTH Aachen University in 2010. Dr. Bachmann is also pursuing a degree in Biology at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster.
