Drew Blais

Drew Blais has a diverse background in corporate customer experience within the automotive industry. They began their career at Chrysler Canada from 2002 to 2010, before advancing to FCA - North America, where they held several roles including People Development Lead and Quality Lead, contributing to the establishment of World Class Manufacturing standards. From 2011 to 2015, Drew served as a Unit Leader at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, managing teams in a fast-paced, unionized environment. Currently, Drew is employed at Stellantis in a corporate quality position, continuing their commitment to quality assurance and process improvement. Drew earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Windsor between 2007 and 2013.
