Eberhard Osthus is currently the Quality Director on xHEV and Fuel Cell programs at Stellantis, where they focus on achieving top performance and quality in electrified powertrains. From 2018 to 2024, they served as the chief engineer for PHEV and BEV One Board Charger and DCDC converter, successfully launching the LEV program to comply with CAFE regulations. Prior to their role at Stellantis, Eberhard held various engineering positions at BMW Group, Groupe PSA, and Alcatel Business Systems, becoming particularly proficient in automatic transmissions and dependable network configurations. They earned a Master’s degree with honors in System and Network Software fundamentals from Université de Paris.
