Elton Lima has extensive experience in maintenance supervision and electrical engineering, beginning as an Eletricista II at Comau from January 2007 to December 2013, where responsibilities included diagnosing failures in electromechanical components and performing maintenance based on the WCM methodology. Elton advanced to the role of Supervisor de manutenção at both Comau and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, overseeing maintenance teams and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Currently serving as Maintenance Team Leader III at Stellantis since January 2021, Elton holds a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu - MBA in Industrial Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engenharia de Produção from the same institution, as well as a degree in Eletroeletrônica from Senai CETEM Maria Madalena Nogueira.
