Eng Hong has extensive experience in manufacturing process engineering, particularly in automation systems for the automotive sector. Since December 1997, Eng Hong has been a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineering Specialist at Stellantis, leading OEM process and equipment design teams in the development of body-in-white automation systems utilizing advanced robotics. Prior to this role, Eng Hong served as a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Classic Design/Argus & Associates, managing vehicle assembly process simulations for major automotive brands. Eng Hong's earlier experience includes a position as Production Maintenance Supervisor at Chrysler Motors Corp, overseeing a skilled trades team in preventive maintenance, and project management for a large commercial construction project at Dai-Dan Mechanical & Electrical Consultant. Eng Hong holds two Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Corporate Finance from The University of Toledo and Walsh College, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
