With over 20 years of experience in strategic business transformation within the Insurance and Automotive industries, Etienne possesses strong expertise in project management and customer experience enhancement. Prior to their current role, they held significant positions at AXA, where they drove claims transformation and regional procurement efforts. Etienne earned a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from SKEMA Business School and a Master's degree in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
