Federico Busa

Federico Busa is currently the EE-Rotating Machining Manager (South Team) and GLOBAL lead for PERFORMANCE & EXPERTISE at Stellantis, where they oversee technical machining solutions and lead a team of process engineers for various rotating components. With over 13 years of experience, including a decade in leadership roles, they have successfully launched over 20 machining lines and implemented methodologies that resulted in significant cost savings. Previous positions include EMEA Rotating Machining Manager and EMEA Prismatic Machining Manager at FCA, where they were responsible for managing budgets and supplier relationships. Federico holds an Engineer's degree in Engineering Mechanics from Politecnico di Torino.
