James Busi

James Busi has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Talent Manager at Stellantis since July 2019, where responsibilities include providing HR support to plant operation leaders and enhancing workforce capabilities in line with corporate strategies. Prior to this role, James worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from September 2010 to July 2019, holding various positions such as Employment Supervisor and Labour Relations/Safety Representative, where duties encompassed collective bargaining administration, grievance investigations, and workforce management. James also has a background as a Production Supervisor, overseeing direct labor and implementing World Class Manufacturing principles. James earned a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Business Administration from the University of Windsor between 2005 and 2009.
