Jared Olsen

Jared Olsen is currently a Director of Launch and Execution Engineering at Stellantis, where they support new product launches through manufacturing engineering. Previously, they played a pivotal role at Rivian as a Senior Manager in Launch Engineering, enhancing processes and electrical systems, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Jared's earlier experience includes leadership positions at J.W. Speaker Corporation and Harley-Davidson, where they implemented significant engineering advancements. They are also an Advisory Board Member for the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Illinois State University, contributing insights to enhance educational programs in engineering.
