Previously, Jeff held various leadership roles at Daimler Chrysler, FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and Chrysler LLC, where they played a key role in enhancing employee engagement and implementing successful manufacturing programs. Jeff studied at Baker College, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration, and is currently pursuing a Labor Studies Certificate at Wayne State University.
