Joe Weber serves as the Innovation Lead for North America Manufacturing at Stellantis since January 2022, responsible for leading manufacturing innovation and developing the global innovation process. Previously, Joe held multiple roles at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, including AME Product Manager and World Class Technology Global Lead for Early Product Management, where responsibilities encompassed managing early product management activities and manufacturing processes. Joe’s engineering experience includes positions as a Mechanical Engineer at Sullair, LLC and PullRite Towing Solutions, along with a design engineering co-op at Autolite Spark Plugs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Central Michigan University.
